Responsibilities

Hold technical responsibility and authority for the program under the authority from Engineering Leadership

Coordinate with Functional Managers in the utilization of Earned Value reporting

Ensure program technical performance and compliance within total operations activities

Manage experienced professionals in the PE organization, create workforce and staffing plans

Recommend operational plans and tactics impacting overall functional results

Direct the execution of tactics established by functional leadership

Establish operational plans for job area with short- to mid-term impact on results

Recommend and implement new products, processes, policies, standards, or operating plans

Required

Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance

U.S. Citizenship

Bachelors degree in a technical field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of prior relevant experience

Graduate degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior related experience

Experience with Program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget

Broad understanding of engineering processes and policies

Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery experience

FAA a/o Military-Type Certification experience

Aeronautical Engineering (electrical, structural, mechanical, stress, mass properties, aerodynamics, etc.); or, Systems Engineering (including Test Engineering); or, Software / Hardware Engineering; or, Project Engineering

Leadership Skills (i.e. Task, IPT Leader and/or Functional Management)

Executive Level Interaction and Communication (to include internal and Customer stakeholders)
