Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize learning needs through thorough analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
Design and develop high-quality, interactive training content for various delivery methods, including online, classroom, and blended learning.
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Create effective assessments and supplemental learning tools to evaluate learning outcomes and enhance training effectiveness.
Conduct virtual train-the-trainer sessions as needed to ensure consistent delivery of training programs.
Evaluate existing training programs and recommend enhancements to continuously improve learning experiences.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design or related field.
1-2 years of experience with learning authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Rise.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong project management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Superior interpersonal skills.
