Responsibilities

4 - 5 years proven experience with RHEL based Linux endpoint administration and troubleshooting.

2 years proficiency in scripting languages for Linux and AWS automation.

2 years working on macOS and Windows endpoint manage technologies and approaches.

Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues including virtualization and VDI environments.

Skills implementing regulated industries security and compliance best practices and policies for Linux and Windows VDI environments.

Ability to maintain detailed documentation of VDI configurations and procedures, including providing training and knowledge transfer to team members.

Strong aptitude for building client relationships by providing excellent technical support and guidance.
