Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of eClinicalWorks and support its routine use to meet the needs of staff and patients.
Define requirements for new health information technology in collaboration with staff and review options for effective solutions.
Organize and lead meetings with various departments and subject matter experts to ensure applications meet organizational needs.
Oversee the implementation of a patient portal with accurate data transmission and user-friendly design.
Develop and maintain user interfaces for Patient Portal, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health EHR Systems.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming and systems analysis
Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar health record software
Strong understanding of user interface design principles
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in leading software implementation projects
Knowledge of health information technology and electronic health record systems
Ability to organize and lead meetings with stakeholders from various departments
Experience in developing and maintaining user interfaces for healthcare systems
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certifications in relevant programming languages or technologies
Experience in implementing patient portals
Familiarity with Primary Care and Behavioral Health EHR Systems
Experience with organizing and leading cross-departmental meetings
