Required
Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Preferred
Experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with construction terminology
Experience with payroll assistance
Experience with supply ordering
Experience with PTO tracking
