Responsibilities
Review contracts and invoice against executed contracts
Apply cash deposits and create payment entries
Respond to inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
Monitor aged receivables and perform collection activities
Maintain customer records and ensure data integrity
Perform credit checks for new client accounts
Report AR department metrics to the Controller
Communicate with internal and external customers professionally
Research and troubleshoot issues independently
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data sync issues

Required
At least 3 years of experience as an Account Receivable Specialist or similar role
High school diploma but Associates and Bachelors degrees preferred
Familiarity with running and understanding credit reports
Excellent knowledge of billing procedures & collection techniques
Superior communication skill with both internal (sales teams) and external customers
Passion for details and impeccable data entry accuracy
Keen interest in process improvements
Preferred
Experience with Hubspot, Netsuite and G Suite preferred
Experience with affiliate commission networks a plus
