Responsibilities
Supervises Project Managers’ activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up and updates, and schedule.
Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
Builds business with current customers and creates new business with potential customers.
Ensures projects are completed in quality, profitable, and adhering to Safety/Zero Harm culture.
Manages project financial responsibilities, preconstruction services, project scheduling, project administration, operations, and close-out.
Promotes customer relations and fosters a positive culture, leadership, and employee development.

Required
B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10 years or more of experience in commercial construction project management.
5 years or more of direct supervisory experience.
Experience with project management software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports.
Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).
