Proven ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects from proposal through post-mortem.

10+ years experience leading teams of technically strong developers working on large, complex consumer-facing products.

5+ years experience in developing complex native applications or libraries, including some iOS or MacOS experience.

Proven leadership experience across multiple consumer-facing products — you've made critical decisions that have broad, positive, and cascading impacts.

4+ years experience in senior leadership roles including people management, coaching, and mentoring experience.

Proven experience of leading technical teams through periods of rapid growth and scaling.
