Sales Ops experience
Salesforce experience, (does not have to be at the Sales Admin level), might actually be better if their SF experience is closer to user.

We are not involved in back end Salesforce Administration. We do not deal with SF requirements, and we do not reconfigure how SF works for end users. This position does not require a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
We have permissions above the average User, and we can make edits to accounts or profiles, we can control what our end users have access to from a data perspective, not from a platform perspective.

Preferred

Reporting or Excel experience would be highly preferred
Preference for native English speaker, or if not a native English speaker, ability and/or experience to lead a conversation with leadership on par with a native English speaker.
Does not submit a 6 page resume; it is widely known that resume etiquette is 2 pages; if they are unaware of that fact or incapable of being concise in describing their experience then they are missing an important level of professionalism.
