Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Assist in coordinating company events and meetings, including catering arrangements, set up, and clean up.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous clerical/front desk experience and/or customer service experience.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Enthusiastic customer service mentality, providing consistently exceptional responsiveness and service to customers.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Dependable and punctual.
Must handle highly confidential material discreetly.
