Responsibilities
Estimate budgets for projects.
Schedule work utilizing Primavera P6 software - Mandatory.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required
4 year degree in construction, program management, engineering and 3 plus years’ construction analysis experience or equivalent
OR 4 year degree in a different field and 5 years’ experience
Primavera P6 software – Mandatory skill set
Customer experience in building relationships
MS Project Mandatory
Experience with developing project scopes, scheduling, budgets, analysis and execution of project on time and within cost
Preferred
PMP Certification is a plus
MS Access a plus
