Responsibilities
Lead and manage gas turbine projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and expertise in gas turbine technology.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
Ensure projects comply with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices and product quality.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field). Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in project/program management within the aerospace industry, specifically with gas turbine technology.
Strong knowledge of gas turbine design, development, and manufacturing processes.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
