Responsibilities

Optimize, finalize, and implement working processes in the customer service center, including maintenance and test processes.
Follow up with technical problems from the customer service center and provide solutions or corrective actions.
Implement new company policies in the customer service center, define criteria and regulations, and audit the execution regularly.
Summarize and provide feedback for technical issues discovered in the repair process.
Set up quality standards and Quality Control processes, define specifics, and collect and analyze data.
Draft technical documents and update them regularly (SOP, WI, etc.).
Conduct inventory quality audits and generate reports.
Participate in NPI deployment to the service center, including product training and repair testing fixture/software setup.
Facilitate and provide feedback on engineering-related tasks from Headquarters.
Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of DJI’s contract manufacturer, including NSS, TAT, Quality, cost requirements, and optimizations.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
