Responsibilities
Perform and lead tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
Create test data for applications.
Document and work to resolve all complex problems.
Report progress on problem resolution to management.
Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations.
Act as information resource about assigned areas to technical writers and other Quality Assurance Analysts.
Perform complex workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
Perform diagnostic tests on computer systems and applications, measure performance and efficiency, and recommend technical solutions as needed.
Coordinate with the technology team in improving the user interface, navigation, and server stability.
Assist in system configuration and network infrastructure to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and project specifications.
Ensure test runs and results within the given time frame.
Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution.
Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Ensure the highest quality of CRM software by developing and executing tests to detect and report errors in the product.
Develop suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with customers.
Coordinate several functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes.

Required
Minimum of 15+ years experience in a matrixed, high-functioning environment working as a Senior Application Systems Analyst, Senior Software Tester or similar; experience must be coupled with a Bachelor of Science in a related field; 10+ years experience with a Master of Science in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5+ years experience in roles requiring strong skills in Software Testing, Quality Assurance or similar roles in a SaaS or Tech Consultancy business
Black Belt Certification (Six Sigma) required
Active Secret clearance required
Must be a US Citizen

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
Software Engineer Master Certification (SEMC)
Certified Manger of Software testing (CMST)
Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
