Responsibilities

Design, code, and test software projects with a focus on system architecture and integration.
Lead projects and project teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices.
Develop in technologies such as Mumps, Profile Scripting Language (PSL), and SQL.
Refine and clarify project requirements with the Development Team Leader and business owners.
Manage tasks and stories with the Development Team Leader.
Provide team leadership, seek areas for improvement, and produce detailed design specifications.
Code projects following design standards, track issues using JIRA, and ensure code stability and integrity.
Gather input to improve team processes and product design stability.

At least 5 years of professional experience developing banking software such as financial products and financial reporting features
At least 2 years of professional experience managing projects and teams
At least 2 years of professional experience with multi-tier system design and implementation

Preferred

4+ years working on Windows desktop and server applications
3+ years working with Profile Scripting Language (PSL)
3+ years working in an agile environment
