Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings and organizing business appointments efficiently.
Document Preparation: Formatting and editing various documents using Microsoft Office Suite.

Data Entry and Management: Entering data accurately into relevant systems.
Travel Arrangements: Planning and organizing travel itineraries.
Meeting Coordination: Setting agendas, arranging logistics, and taking minutes for meetings.
Research: Conducting internet research for various projects.
Project Management: Overseeing projects from inception to completion.
File Management: Creating an organized digital filing system.
Communication Coordination: Facilitating interaction between departments and external partners.
Special Projects: Undertaking diverse projects such as organizing events or conducting research.

Required
