Responsibilities

Conducting planned and coordinated network maintenance

Break/fix actions

Service level agreements (SLAs) performance, incident resolution, ticket queue management, customer service actions and other enterprise network operations activities in the USACE OCIO/G-6 environment, IAW DoD, Army, and USACE O-CIO G6 policies and procedures.

Required

Bachelor’s degree and nine (9)+ years’ related experience; additional four (4) years’ experience accepted in lieu of degree

Experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports in a technology discipline (engineering, operations, etc.)

Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise network monitoring, IT service, and team collaboration tools including SolarWinds, ServiceNow, SCOM, Spectrum, SOI, Cisco PI, Ansible, Jira, Confluence, Teams etc.

Demonstrated competency writing clear technical documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs), handbooks, guides, install documents, manuals, etc.

Experience interacting with Internet Service Providers (ISP) during buildout or troubleshooting outages

Brand agnostic experience maintaining, upgrading, and fixing network infrastructure hardware and software

Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+ CE, CySA+ CE, CASP+, ect.) to be considered for this position
