Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the corporate and regional levels within each account.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts; both active and prospective accounts.
Collaborate with field-based sales teams to provide support and ensure alignment on account strategies and objectives.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore additional revenue streams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Utilize CRM systems to track account activities, manage pipeline, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Effectively communicate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and initiatives.

Required

Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in key account management, field sales, or business development
Experience in selling safety equipment or related products/services to health and safety personnel
Success in managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving revenue targets
Familiarity with the US market landscape and industry trends in relevant sectors
Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time for client meetings and industry events

Preferred

Experience working in a specific vertical related to safety equipment sales (e.g., food & beverage, automotive, large retail, etc.)
Certifications in sales or account management
Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the US market (e.g., Spanish)
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to safety equipment
