Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of Terraform, Ansible, and other infrastructure as code required for automated infrastructure deployments, software deployments, and configuration management.
Integrate deployments with existing management, security, and monitoring solutions. Develop webhooks between various systems leveraging APIs to achieve the desired integrations.
Develop unit, functional and integration tests within code and CI/CD pipeline deployments to ensure automation code is resulting in the desired outcome. Mentor and guide other engineers in writing tests into their code.
Integrate security controls and vulnerability testing into written code, automated CI/CD pipelines deployments, API integrations, and automated workflows using available tools. Lead the team in reviewing any security findings and remediation efforts.
Leverage available orchestration tools to orchestrate the deployment of entire applications or service offerings. Work to establish best practices and define policies for deployments. Assist the team in troubleshooting errors.
Develop and maintain Python, PowerShell or bash scripts for system integrations, system management, or report generation of cloud infrastructure. Assist in defining best practices and guidelines for script development and operations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as diagrams, Wiki documentation, and code documentation. Guide the team in best practices.
Mentor both DevOps team members and other Operations team members and provide training to enhance their skills in automation and script development.
Adapt to various assigned duties in evolving technology scenarios.

Required
10+ years of IT or eDiscovery experience
Certifications: Hashicorp Associate, Red Hat, AWS certification or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in an information technology field
Advanced experience with DevOps tooling such as Azure DevOps, Hashicorp Terraform, Red Hat Ansible, Hashicorp Vault, Docker, or other similar technologies
Advanced experience with PowerShell and bash scripting and strong working knowledge of programming in HCL, YAML, and Python
Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services such as EC2, EBS, FSX storage, S3, and other cloud computing, containerization, storage, and automation services
Strong working knowledge of major server operating systems including Windows Server editions and Linux distributions
Strong working knowledge of application and data services such as IIS App Pools, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Microsoft SQL, SMB file storage
Strong working knowledge of using JSON, XML and using Rest APIs
Strong working knowledge of using Git repos for version control, commits, pull requests
Working knowledge of Active Directory and modern SAML/OpenID authentication
Working knowledge of AWS networking, security groups, and other cloud networking services
Preferred
Certifications: HashiCorp Cloud Engineer and AWS Architect certifications
System Troubleshooting: Proficiency with troubleshooting automated CI/CD pipeline deployments, cloud service provisioning, OS config management, and software deployments
Experience in the legal industry and working with eDiscovery applications
Languages: SQL, C+/.NET, Go, Javascript
