Responsibilities
Collaborate cross functionally with Director and VP level functional business partners to support the development of gross margin, operating expense, and P&L forecasts, including all reforecasting.
Enhance and maintain financial models, to be used globally for ad hoc and recurring needs.
Provide management decision making support through accurate and timely routine reporting and ad hoc analysis; areas include revenue reporting, trend analyses, KPIs, actuals vs. deal model reporting, forward-looking insights, and value-add financial metrics.
Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors reporting on the performance of the business unit.
Support the month-end close process and maintain close partnership with GL accounting and AP teams, including monthly variance analysis.
Support the post-merger integration of LimFlow’s FP&A and Accounting processes.
Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation.
Support ad-hoc and special projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field required.
Minimum of 2 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience required.
Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance preferred along with Public Company experience required.
Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, business savvy, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapts quickly to change, and processes information quickly.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Financial planning and analysis and business partnering experience, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Financial Statements, General Ledger, and general accounting concepts such as accruals and prepaid expenses.
Understanding of or openness to quickly learn Strategic and Commercial concepts.
Strong Interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate confidently and professionally to all levels of an organization and with individuals from different cultures/backgrounds.
Healthy disdain for the status quo.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills required.
Strong software skills and ability to quickly learn planning/reporting systems, ERP, and visualization tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite experience, ThinkCell).
Preferred
Manufacturing and/or medical device company experience preferred.
Experience in Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Healthcare companies preferred.
Financial modeling experience preferred.
