Required
5+ years of real world J2EE Web Applications development
Experience with Struts, Servlets, J2EE compliant Application Server
Complete life cycle experience
Must be able to independently design code and test complex features
Identify and make recommendations to reduce project risks
Masters in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
Ability to work independently or within a team
Open to taking guidance and suggestions
