Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and maintain provider data from internal and external sources.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of provider information in databases and systems.
Maintain communication with payers to keep provider rosters up to date.
Analyze provider data to identify trends and insights for network performance.
Generate reports to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with network development teams and support recruitment efforts.
Manage provider contracts by tracking terms, milestones, and compliance.
Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to resolve discrepancies.
Identify process optimization opportunities and implement best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on provider data-related matters.

Required
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or managed care setting
Skills: Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and data visualization software; strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop and interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively; knowledge of healthcare provider data terminology, regulations, and industry standards; experience with provider databases, CRMs and healthcare information systems is preferred;
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
