Responsibilities
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document business outcomes and requirements.
Lead the design of effective ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
Implement ServiceNow solutions adhering to industry best practices.
Support data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
Assist in the design and integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
Analyze platform performance and implement improvements.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of configurations and technical decisions.
Conduct thorough testing to validate functionality and user experience.
Support end-user training for smooth adoption of solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders for seamless project coordination.
Support the development of client roadmaps and solution demonstrations.

Required
5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
US Citizenship (required for federal contract).
Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Must reside and work within the U.S.
Preferred
Active DHS Public Trust.
Additional ServiceNow Certifications, Such As Certified Application Developer
Certified Implementation Specialist in various fields (e.g., Application Portfolio Management, IT Service Management, Customer Service Management).
Extensive hands-on experience configuring or building multiple ServiceNow applications.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
Strong technical skills, including scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript.
Expertise in designing and implementing complex workflows and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
