Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and schedules meetings and events, including marketing and strategic planning meetings.
Prepares documents, meeting agendas, presentations, and spreadsheets for approval.
Manages the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer's calendar and acts as a liaison between leadership and external stakeholders.
Handles financial tasks such as processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting.
Manages community sponsorships, event registrations, and maintains inventory of branded collateral.
Provides project support, assists in coordinating Marketing and Communications events, and supports organizational document management.
Acts as a liaison with subsidiaries and performs other duties as directed.

Required
Minimum one to three years marketing experience required.
Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and editing skills.
Must be comfortable communicating with individuals across all levels of the organization both internal and external, including executive leaders, front-line team members, residents, patients, and their family members.
As a key ambassador for the Christian Health brand, must promote a positive image of the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
