Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, with a focus on driving growth.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks and opportunities.

Prepare insightful financial reports, including variance analysis, rolling forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support the Director of Strategic Development by reviewing business financial needs and translating them into actionable insights.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process, gathering data, collaborating with departments, and presenting recommendations.

Conduct research and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, or other projects.

Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
