Responsibilities

Your contributions will have a direct impact on the critical missions of the organization, our clients, and software products

Gather and analyze key metrics to improve efficiency of operational business processes and systems

Conduct detailed analysis of operational client data to identify patterns, trends, and insights

Translate data analysis findings into clear and actionable recommendations

Contribute to the continued evolution of artificial intelligence

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within client operations

Act as the subject matter expert on operational performance and data analysis

Utilize data analysis to drive key decisions and outcomes across the organization’s suite of products

Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as product and engineering to drive decisions and operational improvements through data-driven analysis

Create, execute, evaluate and improve standard operational procedures

Document operational procedures, processes, and improvements

Other duties as assigned

Required

1 + years of proven experience utilizing business intelligence tools with Database or SQL knowledge preferred

Proven experience utilizing business analyst skills – such as data analysis and operational improvements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across multiple departments, both written and verbal

Ability to adapt to a dynamic list of priorities

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment

Must be a self-starter/self-directed member of the team

Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
