Responsibilities
Maintain and track project plans, schedules, and expenditures.
Organize, attend, and participate in meetings with key stakeholders.
Document meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
Assist Project Manager in identifying and assigning resources needed for project tasks.
Analyze project risks and opportunities.
Provide information and continuous support to stakeholders.
Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and details.
Execute project plan in collaboration with Project Team.

Required
Undergrad in related field or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Teams, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Advanced organizational skills.
Effective time management.
Preferred
Project Management Certification is a plus.
Ability to speak/understand Spanish is a plus.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally when necessary.
