Responsibilities
Serving as office manager for the athletics department
Assisting the Athletic Director in daily obligations, procedures, and planning
Managing appointments and the AD’s calendar on a consistent basis
Responding to the needs of student-athletes
Responding to needs of department staff
Assisting with athletic campus events (i.e. Athletics Hall of Fame, etc.)
Managing the reconciliation of credit card statements and other accounting responsibilities for the department
Helping with Booster Club fundraising and procedures/policies to be consistent with University directives
Planning/organizing department staff meetings and other department functions as requested
Supporting the department as needed
Responding to other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role
Trained in Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel
