Responsibilities

Document management: Ensure completion of important documents within timelines, coordinate with senior government leaders, and track/manage documents using JIRA and Jazz.

Tracking: Maintain and update activity trackers, standardize and automate tracking processes.

Reporting: Update reports summarizing project status, resource usage, and issues, standardize and automate reporting processes.

Meeting facilitation: Organize and manage meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, and document outcomes.

Defect management: Follow defect management processes, schedule defect review meetings, track defect status, and report to stakeholders using JIRA.

Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned or required.
