Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholder partners and act as a credit card Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Engage with third-party credit card vendors to address unique maintenance and enhancement needs.

Research and provide solutions for implementing emerging strategies and new technology.

Address escalated issues to ensure member satisfaction and inform stakeholders of solutions.

Maintain effective communication with Credit Union employees and lead operational projects.

Manage compliance rules and regulations related to deposit and credit card operations.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent experience required

Minimum 5 years of experience within the financial services industry working with consumer and/or business segments in support of credit, and/or loan products

Preferred

Experience with Credit card operations

Experience working with Fiserv Optis Platform

Effective analysis, testing, troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills

Proven ability to self-motivate while demonstrating sound judgment in decision-making
