Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and motivate a diverse engineering team in advanced manufacturing.

Work closely with project leads to align on project resourcing needs and deliverables.

Guide the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, and processes for production.

Drive functional excellence through innovation of new technologies and processes.

Promote Design, Reliability, and Manufacturability within the Engineering group.

Manage engineers and supervisors involved in product development and technology projects.

Collaborate with core teams to establish objectives and evaluate progress.

Generate solutions to engineering and organizational challenges.

Grow cross-site and cross-functional relationships in a matrixed organization.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering or related field

Experience leading and managing engineering teams

Experience in product development and technology exploration projects

Experience in process development including process characterization and transfer to commercial manufacturing

Preferred

Master's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience in medical device industry

Experience in Design, Reliability, and Manufacturability (DRM)

Experience in cardiac ablation solutions or related medical procedures

Experience in guiding the conceptualizations of new methodologies, materials, processes, and equipment used in production

Experience in coronary and renal denervation space

Experience in innovation of new technologies and processes for next-generation designs
