Responsibilities
Assist with product and capability client implementations
Understand product and capability roadmaps to drive key components for integration purposes
Track and manage Kanban board with a high volume of requests at multiple stages of development
Provide daily updates to Project Managers and develop a working rhythm with multiple team members
Attend external client meetings to discuss project progress, updates, and address concerns
Provide timelines and milestones to internal and external clients, ensuring clear communication of project goals
Maintain all project documentation accurately for reference
Test digital products for accuracy and communicate changes to internal IT teams
Manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
Utilize project management skills and tools to drive accountability and timely deliveries
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, design process improvements for faster execution
Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and provide operational support
Serve as a technical liaison for artifact management
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
5 years Sales, Marketing or Financial industry experience
5+ years proven project or program management experience in a cross-functional environment
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional certification desired
Demonstrated thought leadership – coupled with strong communication skills and ability to help teams connect the dots on new ideas, processes, and strategies
Ability to leverage technology to create new processes and drive efficiency gains
Proven track record of delivering results; must be process and detail-oriented, capable of handling large workloads through multi-tasking
Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Sales or Marketing experience in credit card networks, financial services, or retail industry
Create advanced automation using MS Power Automate
