Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations for entire client programs, including multiple projects and/or multiple project streams within a larger client relationship
Mentor and manage one or more Project Managers and/or Senior Project Managers
Develop new processes and identify opportunities for process improvements to support the daily operations of the program and strategic direction of the account
Serve as key point of contact for strategic client stakeholders and any functional client-facing functions that may be downstream of that across programs
Identify and develop opportunities for growth with client stakeholders, along with pricing and scoping of new work
Collaborate with account lead(s) on long-term account goals and potential account growth
Serve as escalation point for internal and client teams for any potential issues around program operations
Own the scope and budget and be responsible for all burn and deliverable tracking
Collaborate with account leadership in annual account and budget planning
Maintenance of the project management software project instances, including task and time estimate tracking in strict adherence with studio guidelines and standards
Project scoping, SOW development, project scheduling, and budget tracking, including upkeep of data related to project revenue and client invoices
Tracking of studio work capacity and workload measures, flagging issues and helping to solve
Document management, including scopes, work backs, client/studio briefs, and process documentation
High-level management and work tracking of various JS contract resources
Real-time collaborative communications with client stakeholders
Project file delivery (in collaboration with our production team who preps and packages assets for delivery before any send)
Thorough note-taking and detailed meeting follow-up messaging that clearly calls out action items, deadlines, roles, and responsibilities

Required
6-10 years of experience in project management or account management as part of a marketing organization or agency organization.
Understanding of integrated marketing, and how marketing strategy, customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and technology interact to drive desired business outcomes
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
