Responsibilities

Conduct and manage environmental investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, soil gas and indoor air evaluations, etc., for a variety of clients with complex technical and regulatory issues

Meet with clients and regulatory agencies, including the US Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Regional Water Quality Control Board and local Environmental Health agencies.

Write and review remedial documents and reports such as feasibility studies, remedial and/or corrective action plans, remedial design documents, remedial progress and completion reports, etc.

Design and plan preparation for projects relating to land development, stormwater management, erosion, and sediment control, paving and grating plans, and various other engineering projects.

Coordinate with project team to develop design plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, calculations, and reports.

Assist in the preparation of proposals.

Assist in the permit application process.

MS OfficeAutoCADCivil 3DAttention to Detail Safety RecordTechnical Communication Skills

Required

BS in Civil Engineering, EIT preferred.

2+ years of related experience.

Proficiency with MS Office suite, AutoCAD, and the add-on program Civil 3D.

Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
