Responsibilities

Work closely with senior business leaders and key stakeholders to draft and facilitate key components of the annual business planning process

Draft and manage reoccurring Wealth Management reporting packages and coordinate timely delivery of business results

Lead business communication and associate engagement across business units

Support resource management in a consistent and scale-able way

Provide project management and business support for initiatives to optimize business processes and operations

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience

Proven ability to work collaboratively across senior leadership and cross functional teams

Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Experience drafting and managing business updates for different audiences and levels of management

Experience identifying key performance indicators (KPI) and using them to measure progress of initiatives and the overall business

Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and to synthesize large amounts of information into insightful/actionable takeaways

Ability to problem solve and develop clear and comprehensive recommendations on matters of strategy and execution, clearly articulating them in a convincing way
