Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage complex workflows using Camunda.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of Camunda-based systems.
Lead the development of high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Actively participate in SCRUM/Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Continuously improve development processes and practices.
Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions with AWS.
Ensure the security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud services.
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.

Required
7 years of experience in an engineering role, including extensive experience with orchestration engines, specifically Camunda
7 years of Java Spring Boot experience
5 years of experience with SCRUM/Agile/iterative methods
3 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using Camunda
Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot development
Extensive experience working in an Agile development environment
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Java Spring Boot: 7 years
SCRUM/Agile: 5 years
AWS: 3 years
Experience with 2 trips to either Baltimore, MD or Evansville, IN before 12/31/24
