Responsibilities

Responsible for process development and process documentation for non-standard data types such as chat/mobile messaging, collaboration software, and cloud storage.

Interpret job requirements and plan accordingly to ensure created output meets specifications (includes scoping, resource provisioning, process platform selection, compliance testing, and Quality Control).

Critical thinking to ensure the proper workflow and tools are being used to meet specifications.

Run validation routines to objectively check the created output.

Using proprietary tools to modify/update data when required.

Updating project tracking/QC logs.

Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions, provide feedback and status updates.

Strong writing skills to properly document the process.

Strong communication skills to effectively train others to follow the process and create similar results.

Required

Some experience with legal entities or vendors is a plus.

Work as part of a multi-functional team, with proven team player experience.

Technology savvy with processing experience in Concordance, Summation, Relativity, NUIX, Mindseye, iPRO, LAW, Catalyst, Clearwell, or other relevant technology.

Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Standard/Professional, and Microsoft Word.

Proficiency with EM Editor, UltraEdit, NotePad++ or TextPad.

Strong documentation, information analysis skills, ability to follow directions, and excellent follow-up skills.

Willingness to learn with flexibility in schedule.

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other relevant degree.

Preferred

Familiarity with Ready Suite is a plus.

Familiarity with MS Access is a plus.

Some programming skills are a plus.
