Responsibilities

Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for Study Abroad & Global Engagement

Coordinate logistics for events and training sessions

Manage maintenance and IT requests, act as a subject matter expert for study abroad software

Respond to inquiries in the absence of the Director/staff

Help create student registration for study abroad programs

Coordinate travel arrangements and program activities for faculty and staff

Assist with tracking travel expenses and provide administrative support for faculty-led study abroad programs

Support the Director in tracking data and metrics for operations and planning

Required

High school (or GED) level ability in spelling, grammar, basic computation, and math

Minimum of 1-3 years of performing administrative work
