Game Designer (Systems)

Responsibilities
Design and document game systems, including inventory, dialog, events, economy, avatar, and authoring tools
Create and document modular, reusable game components
Design and document game items and in-game educational systems and tools
Develop and document single and multiplayer meta-game experiences
Generate innovative ideas for game systems and features
Provide direction on sound design (SFX/Music) for quests
Collaborate with development staff to ensure the design vision is achieved

Required
3+ years of game design experience, with a focus on systems and features
Experience with Unity
Experience working on open world, MMORPG, or other quest-based games
Strong skills in diagramming and documentation
Preferred
Experience designing educational games or a background in education
Experience with multiplayer game design
Experience working in an Agile development environment
