Responsibilities
Design and develop process technology for facets coating on optoelectronic devices.
Implement continual process development and improvement.
Establish coating line and quality control process including documentation.
Set standard test process to measure the AR=0.01% and HR=70%-100%.
Participate in new project to design special thin film coating on different substrates.
Collaborate with other process and equipment engineers to improve process.
Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Required
MS in Optics or related field or equivalent in education and experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in high vacuum thin-film evaporation technology
Experience in III-IV materials
Previous experience on Denton coating tool a plus
Demonstrated success in design and development of coatings for semiconductor optical devices
Detail oriented with excellent documentation skills
Ability to provide leadership and work well in a team environment
Excellent computer skills in MS Office applications
