Responsibilities

Including networking, security, and service management. Preference for experiences with Azure AKS and VMWare TAS.

Deep understanding of microservices design patterns, service discovery mechanisms, API gateways, and distributed tracing.

Expertise in tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, monitor service mesh performance and troubleshoot issues.

Knowledge of zero-trust security principles, authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g. SSO, SAML, OAuth2.0), load balancers, firewalls, DMZ, and encryption technologies and related best practices for service mesh integration.

Understanding of SRE principles and experience applying them to service mesh environments for reliability and performance optimization.

Must have expertise in Unix shell scripting and at least one more other common scripting/automation languages/environments like JavaScript, Perl, Ansible, etc.

Deep Experience in Java or .NET microservices and necessary skills in refactoring pipelines to 12 Factor methodologies
