Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of IT strategies that support operational requirements.
Conduct regular risk assessments for IT operations, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between IT team members, departments, and external vendors to ensure clear understanding of operational objectives and progress.
Oversee access management, ensuring secure and appropriate access controls are maintained and reviewed periodically.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT business operations management, with proven experience in supporting IT services and teams.
Strong background in implementing and managing ITGC controls and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in using IT operations and project management software to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
Experience in CRM and ERP administration, with a preference for Salesforce and NetSuite, demonstrating a capability in supporting enterprise system operations.
Preferred
PMP or ITIL certification
