Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans to drive clinical patient acquisition and enhance brand awareness among patients with diabetes, healthcare providers (HCPs), and healthcare institutions. Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and other channels to reach target audiences.
Patient Acquisition Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining patients. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Brand Awareness and Positioning: Enhance brand visibility and credibility within the digital healthcare and direct to consumer (DTC) markets. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Social Media Management: Manage social media channels by creating and promoting original marketing content. Oversee community management and user engagement across all channels, including acquiring user testimonials. Manage partnerships and marketing strategy with large companies in the healthcare space.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and newsletters. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
PR Activities: Plan, oversee, and execute PR activities to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the product, design, patient experience, and C-suite teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Track expenses and ROI for marketing activities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the digital health or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated success in patient acquisition and growth marketing for virtual care solutions or other healthcare DTC solutions.
5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies for both D2C and B2B channels.
Solid grasp of strategic marketing principles with extensive hands-on experience across social media and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including content development, publishing, and insight reporting through those platforms.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a results-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
Proven ability to increase engagement and traffic on social media.
Preferred
Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
In-depth understanding of the digital health landscape and patient engagement strategies.
Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
