Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs and projects from initiation to completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Resource Management: Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project schedules and deliverables.
Communication: Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders, including status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program management effectiveness and efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
Proven experience (X years) as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and budget management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Preferred
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
