Responsibilities

Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Ethics, as well as all Inter Policies, Rules and Procedures;

Participate in training in accordance with the compliance management system;

Use available compliance resources as part of the compliance management system;

Report compliance concerns, problems, and failures;

Responsible for identifying, communicating and mitigating compliance risks in its operations;

Ensure the confidentiality of information regarding the processes under its responsibility;

To process the personal data to which it has access to carry out the tasks pertinent to the function in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and Inter's rules on the subject;
