Responsibilities
Analyze eProbe system output and communicate with customers to reduce yield loss
Perform R&D and experiments to improve and optimize recipes based on data analysis
Design and create analysis data flow with support from software development and application teams
Lead complex engineering projects and drive continuous business process improvement and automation

Required
Minimum Master's degree and minimum 3 years of field experience in semiconductor field
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Statistics or similar engineering field
Experience in working with different semiconductor open and short fail modes in both FEOL and BEOL steps
Strong skill and experience in statistics analysis in platforms like NumPy, JMP, Tableau, or MATLAB
Ability to drive experiment a rapid fashion and create a high-quality analysis report to summarize the findings
Preferred
Experience working with inspection tools, including optical, voltage-contract or spectroscopy
Experience reading or interpreting circuit schematics, GDS/Oasis layouts, or PFA cross-sections
Python or other programming experience (Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
Experience working with customer in a technical setting and respond promptly with high standard results.
