Responsibilities

Support the development of all instructional training delivery methods and mediums.
Consult with business leaders and subject matter experts to conduct task analysis and recommend solutions.
Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and measurement and evaluation methods.
Support the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance employee performance.
Design and develop blended learning solutions using instructional design methodology.
Evaluate and measure instructional solutions to gauge effectiveness.
Support the design of HR training programs for management and employees.
Partner with other associate readiness resources to design learning projects.
Elevate risks and propose mitigation strategies to meet timelines.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or related fields
3 years' experience in training delivery and/or instructional design, preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company
3 years progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent management
3 years ability to effectively communicate and respond situationally/appropriately

Preferred

Master's Degree in Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or related fields
5-7 years of experience in training delivery and/or instructional design, preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company
5 years progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent management
5 years experience leading and mentoring a team
5 years experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects under time, budget, and political pressure
3 years ability to effectively communicate and respond situationally/appropriately
Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred)
