Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment at a client’s site

Ensure work in client space is done with minimal disruption and followed by adequate clean-up

Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on various systems for the facility

Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, and technical proficiency

Ensure availability of tools, supplies, and stock materials for facility maintenance

Record readings, make adjustments, and calibrate equipment for proper operation

Comply with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials

Review client service requests, evaluate vendors, and prepare purchase orders

Monitor quality and pricing of maintenance work by outside contractors

Lead or assist with event setup/teardown activities and perform other assigned duties
