Responsibilities
Leadership in project planning through monitoring & organizing efforts.
Compliance with applicable Corporate & Divisional Policies & procedures.
Collect, correlate, analyze, record & maintain technical data for use in developing manuals.
Developing standards & procedures.
Conducting tests & developing preliminary findings.
Preparing written reports of work.
Developing solutions to problems utilizing various techniques.
Facilitating JAD sessions with key SMEs and Data Solutions team.
Applying analytical thinking skills to diagnose & make recommendations on systems.
Translating data gathered from user discussions into business requirements.
Identifying business & system needs & recommending solutions.
Analyzing departmental processes & making recommendations.
Analyzing complex work procedures and job methods.
Working effectively with team/group to accomplish organizational goals.
Actively participating in client or team meetings.
Providing leadership to project planning by monitoring & organizing efforts.
Building partnerships with key stakeholders.
Facilitating effective User Acceptance Testing.
Working in a cross-functional environment, identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, & proposing solutions.
Establishing strong partnership with Vendors.
Developing roadmaps and timelines for proposed solutions.
Supporting & performing data analysis & data migration activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a highly related field of study with at least 5 years of experience
Practical experience in collecting, correlating, analyzing, recording & maintaining technical data for use in developing operating & instruction manuals utilizing tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Screensteps & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Practical experience in preparing written reports of work by applying standard information systems, theories, concepts & techniques such as information systems, theories, concepts, and techniques such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Practical experience in data analysis tools & techniques such as Spotfire, MS-Excel, MySQL querying, working in Agile methodology
Practical experience in supporting and performing data analysis & data migration activities from legacy systems to future systems using tools like MS-Excel and building queries using SQL
Preferred
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a highly related field of study with at least 2 years of experience
