National Account Manager / Non-Commercial Food Service / Bakery

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong and positive customer relationships with purchasing and management, including R&D, Marketing, menu development, operations and purchasing.
Implement and monitor execution of account and product plans to achieve volume objectives and key sales priorities (distribution, pricing, RFP & bid submission, operator pull through, marketing and merchandising).
Schedule and execute product and menu ideations.
Attend customer and industry conferences and trade shows.
Contribute to project management and custom product development. This includes delivering projects/requests within realistic lead times, working with internal cross-functional teams and resources and completing timely updates with all those who are involved with each project.
Identify potential new items, lost sales and manage profitability.

Required
5 years of experience in National Account Management in the Foodservice sector
4-year bachelor’s degree
5+ years of Foodservice National Account sales experience
Exceptional Project Management Skills, with an ability to travel and multi-task in stressful situations
Experience in selling with National Non-Commercial accounts
Strong Computer Skills, Zoom, Power Point, Excel & Word
Preferred
Product knowledge of Bakery products is extremely helpful in closing new business
